Residential Secure Income PLC has announced a new partnership between Gresham House and Thriving Investments, forming a dedicated fund management platform focused on shared ownership and affordable housing in the UK. Ben Fry, along with part of the existing housing team, will transition to Thriving Investments while maintaining his role as lead fund manager for ReSI plc. Despite these changes, there will be no impact on fund management fees, responsibilities, or the existing portfolio.
