Renze Harvest Schedules EGM for Acquisition Amendments

Renze Harvest International Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held in Hong Kong to seek approval for amendments to a previous acquisition agreement. Shareholders are to consider a resolution regarding modifications to the purchase terms of Shantou Taisheng Technology Limited by a subsidiary. The meeting is set for the 20th of September, 2024, and will also cover the authorization for directors to finalize related transactions.
