ReNu Energy Welcomes New Director

ReNu Energy Limited (AU:RNE) has released an update.

In a recent disclosure to the ASX, ReNu Energy Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Gregory John Watson as a director effective September 2, 2024. Mr. Watson holds no direct interest in the company’s securities but indirectly holds 14,679,589 fully paid ordinary shares through GE-Star Pty, acting as trustee for The Watson Family Trust. There were no interests in contracts reported.
