ReNu Energy Limited has successfully raised A$0.750 million through commitments for a Loan Notes Placement and a Share Placement to fund project development and assess ESG opportunities aimed at reducing emissions in Australia’s heavy transport industry. The company has concurrently announced changes to its Board and Executive as it advances its Corporate Execution Plan to create Australia’s first comprehensive hydrogen transport ecosystem. The capital raise attracted sophisticated Australian investors and is led by PAC Partners, with proceeds earmarked for project generation and working capital needs.
