ReNu Energy Director Tony Louka Steps Down

ReNu Energy Limited (AU:RNE) has released an update.

ReNu Energy Limited has disclosed that Tony Louka, a director of the company, ceased his position on May 1, 2024. Before his departure, Louka held a significant interest in the company with 166,671 fully paid ordinary shares registered in his name and a further 7,200,000 shares through Louka Management Pty Ltd as trustee for The Louka Family Trust.
