Rent.com.au Ltd is set to raise approximately $2.52 million through a non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer, issuing shares at $0.02 each with an additional option attached for every two shares. The offer is fully underwritten by RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd and includes a secondary offer of 12.5 million attaching options to the underwriter. Shareholders must respond by 5.00PM WST on 12 July 2024 to participate.
