Rent.com.au Limited has announced a change in Director Garry Garside’s interest in the company, with Garside acquiring additional ordinary shares and options as a beneficiary of The Prime Super Fund A/C. The transactions, part of an entitlement offer dated June 18, 2024, increased Garside’s direct and indirect holdings in the company, with no disposals reported.
