Rent.com.au Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director John Wood, with the most recent notice dated 24 May 2024. Between 31 May and 3 June 2024, Wood, through associated entities, acquired 750,569 ordinary shares at $0.025 each, increasing his indirect shareholding in the company. The change was effected through on-market purchases and did not involve any disposal of securities.
