Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions proposed at their AGM on June 12, 2024, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders, including the adoption of financial statements, election of directors, and dividend payments. The company will pay a final dividend of HK$0.09 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, and received unanimous support for the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor. Additionally, mandates were approved for the issuance and repurchase of shares not exceeding 20% and 10% of the total number of issued shares, respectively.
