RENOVA’s Biomass Plant Start Delayed, Earnings Stable

RENOVA (JP:9519) has released an update.

RENOVA, Inc. has announced a delay in the start of operations at its Omaezakikou Biomass Power Plant to March 2025 due to additional time needed for equipment adjustments. Despite the postponement, the company’s current fiscal year revenue is expected to decrease by 5 billion yen, with limited impact on operating income and profits. The consolidated earnings forecast for the current fiscal year remains unchanged, with an anticipated increase in profit attributable to owners by approximately 200 million yen.
