Renold plc, a prominent international industrial chains and power transmission products manufacturer, has granted substantial nil cost options to its CEO, Robert Purcell, and Group Finance Director, Jim Haughey, under the company’s 2013 Performance Share Plan. The options, amounting to over 1.6 million shares combined, will vest in 2027, contingent on the fulfillment of specific performance criteria.
