RENHENG Enterprise Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Xu Jiagui as an executive director due to his other business commitments and the appointment of Ms. Lew Lai Kuen as a new executive director, effective 10 July 2024. Ms. Lew brings a background in logistics management and marketing, with previous roles including a marketing manager at Yanlord Paper Limited. The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Xu for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Lew, who will receive an annual director’s fee and other emoluments based on performance.
