Renewi plc has reported a change in its major holdings, with Avenue Europe International Management, L.P. now holding 5.58% of the voting rights, a decrease from the previous notification of 8.24%. The notification follows an acquisition or disposal of voting rights by the shareholder, with the total number of voting rights now standing at 4,496,252. This shift in shareholding structure was officially communicated to the issuer on July 31, 2024.
