Renegade Gold Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $3.4 million through the sale of 17 million units at $0.20 each. These funds are earmarked for debt repayment, exploration of the company’s properties, and general working capital. Interestingly, entities controlled by company insiders participated in the placement, buying a combined total of 1.35 million units.
