RemSense Technologies Ltd. has disclosed a significant change in Director Ross Taylor’s interests, revealing an acquisition of 6 million options at 4 cents each, set to expire on 31 March 2029. This change, detailed in the Change of Director’s Interest Notice, was issued with shareholder approval and did not involve any monetary consideration. Following this change, Taylor holds over 9 million options across various series, in addition to 222,394 fully paid ordinary shares.
