Remitly Global Welcomes Vikas Mehta as New CFO

Remitly Global (RELY) just unveiled an update.

Remitly Global, Inc. has appointed Vikas Mehta as their new CFO, effective from his start date with the company. Mehta brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held CFO positions at Komodo Health and Anaplan, as well as financial leadership roles at Nike Direct, Walmart e-Commerce, and Microsoft. He will receive a substantial compensation package, including an annual salary, equity, and additional cash payments, with provisions for his at-will employment and benefits. Meanwhile, Remitly’s EVP, Rene Yoakum, announced her retirement set for the end of the year, with no disputes related to the company’s financial practices.
