Remark Holdings and Ionic Ventures have updated their agreement, broadening the definition of Principal Market to go beyond Nasdaq and the OTC Bulletin Board. This change comes alongside Ionic’s commitment not to enforce penalties for Remark’s delisting from Nasdaq, ensuring that Remark can continue issuing purchase notices up to $500,000 on alternative markets like OTCQB, OTCQX, or OTCBB, despite the trading suspension on Nasdaq.
