RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 75,300 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 3567 to 3609 pence per share, which will be added to its treasury stock. This latest transaction brings the company’s total treasury shares to 44,189,264, out of the 1,864,968,350 ordinary shares currently in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
