RELX PLC has reported the acquisition of 74,000 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 3602.5284 pence per share, which will be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their total treasury holdings to 44,635,358 shares, out of 1,864,598,074 shares issued excluding those in treasury. These shares were traded on the London Stock Exchange through JP Morgan Securities plc.
