RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has bought back 73,843 of its ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc to be held as treasury shares, increasing its treasury holdings to 44,487,158 shares and leaving 1,864,743,403 shares in issue. This recent transaction is part of a larger buyback program since the start of the year, accumulating a total of 24,774,965 shares. The purchases on 16 September 2024 ranged from 3621 to 3647 pence per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 3637.2262 pence.
