Relx PLC (ADR) has reported the purchase of 158,529 of its ordinary shares via JP Morgan Securities plc, to be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their treasury shareholdings to 29,090,360 and leaves 1,879,168,889 shares in circulation, excluding those in treasury. Since the start of the year, the company has bought back 9,378,167 shares.
