RELX PLC has bought back 213,420 of its ordinary shares, which will now be held as treasury shares, increasing the total number of treasury shares to 32,112,593. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback initiative, with a cumulative total of 12,400,400 shares purchased since the beginning of the year. The buybacks were executed by UBS AG London Branch, with prices per share ranging from 3292 to 3331 pence.
