RELX PLC, a global provider of information and analytics, has reported the purchase of 75,000 ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the company’s total treasury shares to 44,264,264, with an overall total of 1,864,901,045 shares in issue excluding these treasury shares. The volume weighted average price paid per share was 3596.6877 pence.
