Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has officially rebranded as Reliance, Inc., a move approved by the Board and formalized in Delaware. This change is purely cosmetic, leaving shareholder rights intact, and does not alter the company’s NYSE presence, with its stock symbol “RS” and CUSIP number remaining the same. In conjunction with the rebranding, procedural updates for board nominations and shareholder proposals have been implemented to align with new proxy rules and Delaware law. Stockholders need not take any action regarding these updates.
