Reliance Global Proposes Capital Reorganization

Reliance Global Holdings Limited (HK:0723) has released an update.

Reliance Global Holdings Limited announced a capital reorganization plan to consolidate ten existing shares into one, reduce the par value of each share, and transfer the resulting credit to the company’s surplus account. They also proposed a change in board lot size from 60,000 to 30,000 shares and adjustments to the conversion of CPS upon the capital reorganization’s effectiveness. Moreover, amendments to the existing bye-laws will be made to comply with the latest regulatory requirements and listing rules effective from December 31, 2023.
