Reliance Global Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Trans Minerals, has successfully redeemed its entire interest in BOCHK Wealth Creation Series’ sub-fund for HK$10,101,000, resulting in a gain of approximately HK$101,000. The move is part of the company’s treasury management strategy and is deemed by the Board to be in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. The proceeds from this redemption are to be utilized as general working capital for the Group.
