Reliance Global Holdings Limited has issued a clarification announcement to rectify an error in its earlier financial results for the year ended 31 March 2024, correcting the diluted loss per share figure and revising the weighted average number of shares for the calculation of diluted earnings per share. The corrected diluted loss per share is HK(0.049) cent, and the inclusion of potential ordinary shares from convertible preferred shares was deemed anti-dilutive for the year. Other than these amendments, the company’s financial results remain the same.
