Real Estate Investors PLC, a Midlands-focused UK REIT, has announced the issuance of new shares following the exercise of share awards by top executives, including the CEO and Finance Director. The company will see an addition of 537,537 Ordinary Shares to its trading platform on AIM, with expectations for trading to commence mid-May.
