Regulus Resources Inc. has secured full ownership of the Colquirrumi claims by acquiring the remaining 30% from Compañia de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A., enhancing the potential of its underexplored, strategically positioned land in a key mining district. The deal involves granting Buenaventura a 2% NSR, with an option to repurchase a portion, and positions Regulus to leverage the area’s mineral resources for future large-scale mining operations.
