RegTech Open Project Plc has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Paul McFadden, effective immediately. The company, known for its focus on regulatory compliance automation, will have Paul McFadden remain in an advisory role until a successor is found. In the interim, operations will be led by Chief Operating Officer Corrado Rosi alongside Non-Executive Directors.
