Regis Resources Director’s Shareholding Increases

Regis Resources Limited (AU:RRL) has released an update.

Regis Resources Ltd has announced a change in Director Jim Beyer’s interests, with an acquisition of 10,148 fully paid ordinary shares due to the conversion of performance rights under an Employee Incentive Plan, resulting in a total holding of 569,171 shares post-change. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts and the transactions did not occur during a closed period.
