Regional REIT (GB:RGL) has released an update.

In a significant move within Regional REIT Limited, Kevin McGrath, the independent non-executive director, and his close associates have collectively purchased over a million new ordinary shares at £0.10 each. This transaction follows the company’s recent capital raising initiative, as outlined in their June prospectus. The shares were officially listed and began trading on the London Stock Exchange on July 19, 2024.
