Regional REIT Limited has successfully completed a share consolidation, with a new ratio of 1 consolidated share for every 10 ordinary shares, effective from today as admitted to the London Stock Exchange. The company’s issued share capital now consists of 162,088,483 ordinary shares with no shares held in treasury, establishing the total number of voting rights. This financial maneuver follows shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting and is in line with the company’s previously published prospectus.
