Regional REIT (GB:RGL) has released an update.
Regional REIT Limited has announced the appointment of ESR Europe Investment Management Ltd. as its new Alternative Investment Fund Manager, effective from August 30, 2024, after receiving authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority. ESR Europe will be taking over the AIFM responsibilities from Toscafund Asset Management LLP, following a previous agreement when ESR Europe’s affiliated entity acquired the investment management contract. ESR Europe brings to Regional REIT a wealth of experience in real estate investment and asset management across the UK and Western Europe.
