Regional REIT Limited has announced its half-year financial results, highlighting a successful £110.5 million equity fundraise that has enabled repayment of debts and investment in capital expenditure projects, promising to enhance earnings and shareholder value. The portfolio valuation saw a slight decrease but outperformed the MSCI Rest of UK offices Index, with rent collections remaining robust at 98%. Additionally, the company confirmed a Q2 dividend of 2.20 pence per share, offering shareholders a Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
