Regional Express Holdings Ltd has issued a final director’s interest notice, indicating that Siddharth Dilip Khotkar ceased to be a director of the company as of April 21, 2024. The notice, released to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.3, specifies that Khotkar holds no securities in the company either as a registered holder or otherwise, and has no interests in any contracts related to the company.
