Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Ltd. has announced a distribution of 7.0 cents per stapled security for the half-year ended June 30, 2024, payable around August 30, 2024. The company clarifies that the distribution includes a ‘fund payment’ and other tax components, advising non-resident security holders to consult their own tax advisors. Australian resident security holders are informed that the annual tax statement, to be released late August, will contain the necessary details for income tax returns.
