Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) slated for September 11, 2024, in Hong Kong, where it will present its audited consolidated financial statements and discuss the re-election of directors as well as a proposed final dividend of HK2.2 cents per share. Additionally, the AGM will address the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company’s auditor and the authorization for the board of directors to set director remuneration. Shareholders will also consider empowering the board to deal with the issuance of additional shares and securities convertible into shares.
