Regina Miracle International announces board changes effective July 3, 2024, with Ms. Tam resigning as an independent non-executive Director and board committee member to become a consultant for the company. Ms. Moh, a financial industry veteran with extensive experience in equity research, has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and to board committees. The company expressed gratitude to Ms. Tam for her contributions and welcomed Ms. Moh, whose appointment includes a three-year term and eligibility for re-election at the next annual general meeting.
