Regener8 Resources NL has announced a new proposed issue of securities, with plans to issue a maximum of 1,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares under the ASX security code R8R by the 1st of July, 2024. The announcement, dated 11th June 2024, is part of the company’s latest efforts to raise capital through a placement or other securities issuance as per the ASX Listing Rules.
