ReGen III Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $500,000 through the sale of units at $0.20 each, with proceeds aimed at bolstering general corporate purposes and working capital. Each unit comprises a common share and a share purchase warrant, and the offering’s success hinges on regulatory approvals including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
