ReGen III Corp has successfully completed its second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising CAD$300,000 through the issuance of Convertible Debenture Units. Each unit includes a debenture and warrants that allow conversion and purchase of common shares, respectively. The funds will bolster the company’s re-refinery engineering, support general working capital, and facilitate the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.
