Regal Partners Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has successfully completed the placement of 550,000,000 new shares under a general mandate. This issuance, representing approximately 16.67% of the company’s enlarged share capital, raised net proceeds of approximately HK$27,801,000. The funds will primarily be used to expand the company’s factory operations in Southeast Asia and for general working capital. The share placement did not result in any of the placees becoming substantial shareholders.
