Regal Partners Limited has finalized and issued performance share rights (PSRs) under two incentive schemes for employees, with a total approximate value of $16.2 million. The Deferred Bonus Grant distributed nearly 4 million PSRs, which will vest in two parts by September 2026, and the Long-Term Incentive Grant provided over 800,000 PSRs set to vest in 2027, both contingent on employment status and performance targets. These grants aim to incentivize employees by tying compensation to the company’s future success.
