Regal International Group Ltd has issued a corrigendum regarding its earlier announcement of changing the financial year end from December 31 to June 30 due to a delay in filing caused by pending audits and statutory requirements. As a result, references to a June 30 financial year end in past announcements are to be understood as December 31, maintaining the original fiscal calendar.
