Regal International Group Ltd has announced that their appeal against the delisting notification has been rejected by the SGX RegCo, and they are now required to present an exit offer proposal promptly. The company has already appointed Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited as the independent financial adviser to assist with the exit offer. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution and consult professional advisers regarding their investment decisions.
