Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited and Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited announced a delay in the dispatch of circulars initially expected by 25 September 2024, now postponed to on or before 16 October 2024. The delay is due to both companies requiring more time to prepare the essential information for inclusion in their respective circulars, which will detail the Second Supplemental Agreement and contain advice from their independent financial advisers.
