E-Tech Resources Inc ( (TSE:REE) ) has issued an announcement.
ReeXploration Inc. has launched a fully funded core drilling program at its Eureka Project in central Namibia, targeting a large Rossing-style uranium system measuring 6.5 by 3.5 kilometres along the country’s prolific “Alaskite Alley” uranium corridor. The initial phase will comprise up to 2,000 metres of drilling in 12 to 15 holes, testing multiple priority zones defined by radiometric anomalies, uranium-in-soil geochemistry, and favourable structural and lithological settings.
The program is designed as a first-pass test of uranium mineralization at depth, aiming to confirm the presence, style, and continuity of leucogranite-hosted uranium and to validate the company’s geological model. Success at Eureka would both advance ReeXploration’s understanding of the broader uranium system and enhance its strategic positioning by adding significant uranium potential alongside its rare earth element mineralization, bolstering its dual-commodity exposure in a mining-friendly Namibian jurisdiction.
