The latest announcement is out from E-Tech Resources Inc ( (TSE:REE) ).
ReeXploration Inc. reported encouraging preliminary results from its maiden 11-hole, 1,729-metre uranium drilling program at the Eureka Project in central Namibia. The campaign intersected favorable leucogranite units in all holes, with elevated radioactivity in several intervals, supporting the company’s Rössing-style geological model and confirming widespread structural potential for uranium-bearing intrusions.
The drilling also identified near-surface uranium mineralization, including visible carnotite, in seven of 11 holes within calcrete and gypcrete horizons, indicating a secondary Langer Heinrich-style target at Eureka. These early results suggest the project may host both primary and secondary uranium systems, potentially enhancing the scale and versatility of the asset as further downhole radiometric and geochemical analyses are completed.
