Reef Casino (AU:RCT) has released an update.
Reef Casino Trust has announced an estimated distribution of 11.37 cents per unit for the second half of 2024, bringing the total annual distribution to approximately $10 million, slightly lower than last year’s $10.7 million. The dip in profits is attributed to inflationary pressures and increased regulatory costs impacting rental income and expenses. Investors will be keen to see how these factors will play into the company’s final audited results, set to be approved in February 2025.
